Just shaking my head

As I sit here I really didn’t know what the title should be. I’m waiting to go to work looking through the news articles to read bull shit.

One article reads Ozzy Osborne is leaving America. In the article it says he is tired of the mass shootings. He is selling his house in California for 18 million dollars. Not two months ago he stated he was leaving California do you high taxes. We’ll I wonder if hiring 87000 IRS agents had anything to do with him wanting to go back to England. If he really is leaving from all of the mass shootings, I ask why can’t you give back to a country that has gave you so much. So many people has lived his music to include me. I never thought someone would turn there back on a country that has supported him so much. With all the money and influence you have you can’t help do something to stop it.

The answer doesn’t start with money it starts with people asking questions. Put your political views apart and start doing what the people did to build this country. The government will not fix this problem. They will continue to profit from it. You look at how much money was spent to benefit this government. The first question should be, what are you doing to protect our children? I promise you the security at congress and senate will be increased after Jan 6. Do you not think that costs money?

I just really wish people would think and start relying on each other to fix problems. As a veteran I know you can’t rely on our government, however history has shown you can rely on the American people.

We have came together during so many times of need. From 9-11 to ww1 and 2. National disasters that has effected people you didn’t know, but wanted to help. Do you not think the things going on in our country isn’t something that we should rely on each other to fix versus a government that does not listen.

Episode 35: Hanging out and discussing random thoughts

In this episode Don and Doug are forced to do the show apart. Doug is in the gun room and Don is forced to quarantine due to Covid, however the show goes on. They fight through it to bring the show to you guys in hopes one day there will be zero suicides. Don mentions how some of veterans most random thoughts become the funniest things. When deployed you have moments where it seems the world stops and your the only one in it. During this time your mind will leave where you are at and start thinking about home and what you think will happen when you return. This is where this weeks show starts. On this day The American Seventh Army forces led by Gen. George S. Patton captured Palermo, Sicily. Gen Patton moved his troops across Sicily through August.

I don’t think anyone could argue with the fact that General Patton was one of the most famous and dedicated Americans in history.  He was a very tough leader and knew what it took to get a victory in this war.  I would not be able to imagine what Europe and America would look like if the war was lead by any other General.

On this day In the first major battle of the Civil War,  Confederate forces repelled an attempt by the Union Army to turn their flank in Virginia. The battle becomes known by the Confederates as Manassas, while the Union called it Bull Run. It was fought on Judith Carter Henry’s farm.

Just the other day I wrote about a small fire fight just prior to this battle.  I love reading about how wars were fought in the past.  I sit and think about how if a civil war ever broke out again, how different they would  be now  compared to than.  I started this  segment to document how things truly were in the military history as the beginning of erasing our American history.

On this date Apollo 11 and its astronauts, Neil Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin and Michael Collins, went into orbit around the moon.

During this time it was a huge race between the United States and Russia to win the race to space.  It has always fascinated me with the size of space and what we don’t know.  With the government now declassifying the UFO reports.  It makes you wonder if we are alone in this world.  When you look at the size of one Galaxy and now we know there are tons of Galaxies I find it hard to believe we are alone.

Does our constitutional rights matter under private owned companies?

[nk_awb awb_type=”image” awb_stretch=”true” awb_image=”1602″ awb_image_size=”full” awb_image_background_size=”cover” awb_image_background_position=”50% 50%”]

It started out to be a way to  get veterans  to join together and bring back the comradery of our brotherhood.  Its sad that we are given rights that prevents the government to infringe on them.  Does this mean that private companies do not have to abide by?

We would occasionally go live on Tik Tok and show us recording a new podcast.  Most people know we are trying to prevent veteran suicide.  Its sad that people get on there and bombard us with typical politics nonsense.  It really does makes me laugh lol.  I laugh because me and Doug both consider us Politically Homeless.  We both don’t believe in a big government and feel that no government of today has our best interest in.

So lets get into what is happening.  The first amendment states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”  Unfortunately this does not say anything about private business.  This makes you really wonder does this mean that you have to be willing to get rid of your constitutional rights to use their platform.  Unfortunately it seems that way.  In order  to use Tik Tok we have to be willing to hide our guns that are tripled lock and legal to own to be on their platform.  Its sad.  Considering the second amendment states this “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  Again in this situation to go live on Tik Tok I have to be willing to give up my first and second amendment rights.  Its unfortunate.

The real problem is with all the big tech companies we are not the customer we are the product.  They are making  a living off our content and our work.  The more we are on it and interacting the more  they can charge for advertisements.  This means you don’t have any rights on there.  You will give up your rights to have what is suppose to be enjoyment.  I strongly consider people to look at what they have to give up to enjoy an app.

I am not saying ban Tik Tok.  We will still consider to post because its more important to get our message out.  We  will just be moving our lives from Tik Tok to YouTube.  If you like our content please subscribe to our channel and help give us a voice.

On this day Confederate and Union get into a small battle.  This was an introduction to the famous Battle of Bull Run.

We all know how the civil war has changed and turned America into what it is today.  One of the most  deadliest wars.  When I was stationed in Hunter Army Air Field the found civil war remains in several places of the base when doing construction.  They built a cemetery for the remains as they could  not identify them or what side of the war they were on.  It was a pretty cool place to go to see.

On this date congress passed an act that states Entitles every service member who has been hurt during time of service is entitled to a pension for the rest of his life.

I have heard several people say that service members knew what they were getting into when they signed up. That they are should not be given these benefits. It truly irritates me considering in the civillian world, people are perfectly ok with workmans compensation. People are ok and feel that companies should pay for injuries to the employees. Well this is just the military workmans compensation.

On this day Battleship USS North Carolina was the first ship to carry and operate aircraft from it.   Can you imagine being an aviator and landing an aircraft on a naval ship without all the instruments they have today.  If YouTube was a thing back than the videos that would have been seen would be wild.  I would have never thought that we would have been doing that back than.
